Charlotte is a researcher and facilitator with over twenty five years’ experience in the private, public and voluntary sectors providing project management support across a wide range of topics. She has developed her skills in research, evaluation and strategic development through a range of opportunities that have included support to organisations working alongside some of the most vulnerable , including asylum seekers, older people and those with drug and alcohol issues. 

She has worked extensively with the early years sector providing governance advice, most often in partnership with the leading charity law specialists Bates, Wells & Braithwaite and more recently has been part of an evidence review researching the link between volunteering and child outcomes through the Lottery funded A Better Start initiative. 

Charlotte is a lead facilitator on the national Health and Social Value and Building Health Partnerships programmes where she has supported cross sector leaders with their local collaboration and integration plans, building productive and lasting connections based on mutual respect and challenge.
