Natalie Evans - City of London Corporation’s Responsible Procurement Manager
Natalie Evans is the City of London Corporation’s Responsible Procurement Manager, whose primary role is to design and implement a strategy that helps to leverage social value, minimise environmental impacts and ensure ethical sourcing within the Corporation’s procurement activities.
Natalie Co-Chair’s the London Responsible Procurement Network (LRPN), a group of London boroughs, regional and national public authorities who cooperate on a range of issues from mitigating air pollution to measuring social value, and from levelling the playing field for SMEs & SEs to modern slavery & human trafficking.
She was previously employed by ICLEI - Local Governments for Sustainability, delivering guidance, training and sustainable procurement projects and services including the European Commission’s EU GPP (Green Public Procurement) Helpdesk.
Natalie has a variety of other experience in the public, private, charity and voluntary sectors, a degree in Environmental Biology with European Studies, a Postgraduate Diploma in Conservation and Project Management and recently became a chartered member of CIPS.
